LS Principles

Ten leadership principles highlight what becomes possible when Liberating Structures (LS) are used to structure everyday interactions like meetings, one-on-one conversations, change initiatives and interactions with clients. 

The principles are governing how the curators of LS – Keith McCandless & Henri Lipmanowicz - choose to relate to others and what they had in mind when compiling the LS repertoire. 

The package includes black & white visualizations of the principles, one page for each principle and a folder with a .png file per principle in case you want to illustrate articles, presentations or stuff I would have not thought of even in my wildest dreams. There is also a text with suggestions for when & how to use.
