¿Qué es esto?

Esto es un un documento para registrar tus aprendizajes mientras experimentas de forma vivencial las Estructuras Liberadoras (EL).

¿Cómo usarlo?

Esta bitácora es tuya, la idea es que te sirva para tomar notas y registrar experiencias, aprendizajes significativos o cualquier otra cosa que consideres importante. Puedes encontrar útil escribir la consigna o invitación de la EL que acabas de experimentar, utilizar las páginas para tu propia reflexión, registrar ideas de potenciales en las que podrías aplicar lo aprendido en otros contextos o simplemente utilizarlo como hoja de trabajo mientras practicas.

Once you completed your order, you'll get three files:

• PDF to reproduce booklets as shown in the pictures above
• PDF to indvidualize your journal or to print out single pages
• An explanation with things to consider for the printout/stacking/binding.

You can make as many copies as you want ;-)

I left it open on purpose as the use of the journal varies - maybe it‘s someone new to the practice who just secures another thingy LS but never actually prints it- or it‘s someone who is planning to do several workshops with many participants. And: there are practitioners who are very generous with their sharing so they contributed by their generosity with insights etc.  I got everything ranging from 0 to 500 $. I get an email for each „purchase“ and every time it makes me smile to learn that someone is planning to work with it.
